This villa has an abundance of indoor & outdoor amenities. Adjacent
to the Ski Beech Ski Resort, it is at the very top of Beech
Mountain.
Very near Sugar Mountain & Grandfather Mountain, with great views of
both, as well as Banner Elk, Blowing Rock, Boone, Tweetsie Railroad,
Linville Falls, Linville Caverns, Little Switzerland, the Blue Ridge
Parkway, Bristol International NASCAR Speedway, Roan Mountain,
Tennessee, & Virginia.
It sleeps up to 4 people, has a full kitchen with all utensils &
appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, etc.,

TV, VCR, & a private balcony with breathtaking, majestic, panoramic
views of the surrounding mountains & countryside valleys. You can
see
all the way to Boone & into Virginia & Tennessee!
Ample & convenient parking at your doorstep. Non-smoking unit with
no
pets allowed, so it is comfortable, bright, & clean. Recently
refurbished with new paint & carpet, as well as redecorated. You
will love the great family atmosphere. Great for couples,
honeymooners, retirees, snowbirds, young people, golfers, tennis
players, skiers, snowboarders, tubers, etc.
Very quiet & private, yet very convenient to everything. Enjoy
spectacular sunrises & sunsets as you sip your favorite beverages
from your own private balcony, & build a warm, cozy fire for those
cool nights in your own private fireplace in the villa.

galleries, gemstone mining, Jesuit monastery, downhill & cross-
country skiing that is the best you will find anywhere in the world,
tubing park, mountain animal zoo, famous mile-high swinging bridge
you can cross on foot, Appalachian Trail, the historic Mast General
Store in Valle Crucis (the "Valley of the Cross", where CBS
broadcaster Charles Kuralt said you will find the soul of America),
& the famous Fred's General Mercantile Store that is within easy
walking distance & where their motto is, "If we don't have it, you
don't need it."
Free public trolley to take you to the ski lifts that you can easily
see from the resort or anywhere else you want to go on the mountain
or in Banner Elk. Historic cabins, old country churches, old mills
of
the early settlers, woodworking, authentic mountain arts & crafts,
good ole downhome Southern cooking, etc.
Plenty of things to do & see all over the area, including the unique
Land of Oz, Banner Elk, Boone, Blowing Rock, Grandfather Mountain,
Sugar Mountain, Linville Falls, Linville Caverns, Blue Ridge
Parkway, Mount Airy (Andy Griffith's boyhood home & the basis for

Rental Rates
Weekly prices vary between

I have flexible rates, based upon the season of the year & holiday
periods. They range from $650 to $950 weekly for a full 8 days & 7
nites. I also have nitely & monthly deals.
You save all cleaning fees, booking charges, & high sales &
hotel/motel taxes by dealing directly with me. Enjoy this year-round
resort at reasonable rates anytime. My all-inclusive plan is
tailored
to your needs & lets you check out all recreational equipment for
miniature golf, shuffleboard, & table tennis for free. All linens &
utensils are furnished, & maid service is available for an
additional
onsite fee. Just bring your clothes & your toothbrush! If you need
accommodations for a larger party, I may also be able to get you
other units as well.
If you need accommodations in other mountain ski & golf resort
areas,
or at the beach, I can also find you other places in other
locations in Gatlinburg, Tennessee; Blue Knob, Pennsylvania; and
Gulf
Shores, Alabama. I will also consider trading time in any of my
rental units for time at other rentals you may have to barter or
swap, for your home, cabin, condo, villa, etc.
I have timeshares & quartershares for sale in my villa, & will also
consider selling it outright.
