Description
Located at the end of a quiet dead end street, our home, built in the 1920’s, has been in our family for the past 20 years and was extensively remodeled during 2003; including a completely renovated bathroom and kitchen with all new fixtures, lighting, cabinetry, and appliances.
There are mixes of old and new with several antiques pieces scattered throughout the house. It has ceiling fans in all the rooms and new flooring throughout. There are plenty of new windows for enjoying the fresh mountain air and letting in the light.
The new spacious deck is ideal for gathering around to discuss the days finds, map out your plans for the next days adventures, and grilling out your favorite foods on the Charcoal grill. Or, you might just like to relax and enjoy sitting in one of the rocking chairs with a good book. You will find our home very clean, organized, and comfortable. It will feel like your "home away from home". All you need to bring with you is your imagination, clothes and food. Everything else is included!

Just 3 minutes to the Biltmore Estate & Biltmore Village, less than 10 minutes to downtown Asheville where quaint restaurants & cafés offer tasty treats & likely some of the best fresh brewed steaming coffee you’ve ever had. Art galleries & antique shops abound with unique gifts that are sure to catch your attention. If you are an outdoors kind of person you will have every possible outdoor activity you can imagine, most are only a short 5 to 30 minutes from our home & the sights along the way make getting there part of the fun. Some of these activities include Hiking, Mountain Biking, Rock Climbing, Horse Back Riding, Skiing, Snowmobiling, Golfing, Fishing, Hunting, Wildlife Viewing, Whitewater Rafting, Racquetball or just plain ole sightseeing along the beautiful winding Blue Ridge Parkway - it's all here!

There is a $50 Cleaning Fee on all rentals.
* A $200 security deposit is required with reservation and is non-refundable 30 days prior to stay.
* Full payment must be received at least two weeks prior to your arrival.
* If the booking is made less than 30 days of your arrival, the entire amount of the rental is due.
